Hāwera LibraryPlus, isite and AA services are temporarily closed as they move into their new home. These services will be open again from 1pm on Monday 25 November at the new building, Te Ramanui o Ruapūtahanga, on the corners of High and Regent streets, Hāwera.

Summer Blast - South Taranaki Reading Programme

Have a BLAST this summer!

South Taranaki LibraryPlus' Summer Reading Programme is back - SUMMER BLAST!

Open for ages 5 - 12 and free to join, this programme is about preventing the summer slide with participants reading regularly and visiting the LibraryPlus.

All participants need to do is read a book/eBook/eAudio from the Library at least 15 minutes a day over summer and check into your local LibraryPlus three times (with the first check in needing to be completed before Kirihimete|Christmas to secure your spot in the programme).

Enjoy all of the activities offered at each LibraryPlus throughout the summer and then be invited to attend a finale party where participants will receive a book to keep. Go and see all of the LibraryPlus' throughout the District as each one has a different book-inspired theme.
