Temporary Road Closure - 11 March

This notice is to let you know that in accordance with the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965 the South Taranaki District Council, for the purpose of a Parade, proposes to close the following roads to ordinary vehicular traffic at the following time.

Brassey Street, Waverley (between Gloag and Chester Streets)
Gloag, Bear and Chester Streets, Waverley
(between SH3 and Hussey Street)
Saturday 11 March 2023 between 9am to 11.30am

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day. Alternative routes will be available and signposted.
