Temporary Road Closures (29, 30 and 31 August)

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

Mid Kahui Road, Rahotu (between SH45 and Dawson Road)
From 8am Wednesday 30 August 2023 to 5pm 31 August 2023
(or next suitable days thereafter)
Underpass Installation

Regent Street, Hāwera (between High and Little Regent Streets)
Wednesday 30 August 2023
6.30am to 6pm
Crane lift

Cambridge Street, Pātea (between SH3 and Dorset Street)
One lane only - no exit onto SH3
Tuesday 29 August 2023
and
Tauhuri Street, Manaia (between SH45 and Terou Street)
One lane only – no entry from SH45
Wednesday 30 August 2023
8am to 5pm
Manhole Maintenance

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day.
