Road closures
In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following road will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.
Whareroa Road, Hāwera (from State Highway 3 for approximately 200m)
26 to 28 March 2025
7am to 7pm
Road repairs on State Highway
Access via Fairfield or Manawapou Roads
It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use this road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.
In all other situations necessitating the use of the road, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day.
