The Council commissions a
residents’ satisfaction survey each year. An independent research company, Key
Research, sends postal invitations to complete the survey to a random selection
of people aged 18 years and over. This generates more than 400 responses, and
the results provide useful information on how Council services and facilities
are perceived by the community.
The results of the annual Survey are just one measure of public satisfaction with the services provided by the Council.
