Request For Proposal - Café Concession - Te Ramanui o Ruapūtahanga

Council is seeking proposals for café services to be established within its exciting new multi-use facility, Te Ramanui o Ruapūtahanga. Located in the centre of the Hāwera CBD with a library, isite, art gallery, and café, the building is planned for completion in mid-2024.

Proposals are sought from experienced, well qualified operators of good reputation who have the capacity to run a 7-day a week café operation, potentially cater for functions and events within the facility and who are seeking a modern commercial kitchen as a centre for their business. There is potential to operate the café outside of the main facility opening hours.

Some capital investment will be required from the successful concessionaire.
