The Hāwera to Normanby Corridor is Waihi Road (State Highway 3), and a critical connection between Hāwera and Normanby and further afield. While Waka Kotahi/NZTA is ultimately responsible for all State Highways, the South Taranaki District Council is currently consulting on a Strategy to advocate for speed management and safety improvements along that section of the State Highway.
We would like to invite you to an Open Evening which will be an informal drop-in session where people can talk to Council Officers about the Strategy, ask questions.
