7 Days (Live Show) is coming to Hāwera
on Thursday 21 November as part of the town’s annual comedy show, but you will
need to get in quick as there’s only a few tickets still available.
The occasion is a double celebration
with 2019 being the 10th Anniversary of the Hāwera Comedy Night and
7 Days also turning 10 this year, and like any ten-year
old’s birthday there sure to be plenty of laughter, tears, chaos and general
hilarity.
South Taranaki District Council tourism
team leader Tarin Hunt says it’s a huge coup to get the show to South Taranaki.
“7 Days showcases some of New Zealand’s
best comedians each smashing out a quick-fire burst of stand-up comedy, before
getting into a game of 7 Days in and about your town. It’s New Zealand’s best comedy programme and
New Zealand’s most hilarious, out-of-control live show,” says Tarin.
"Don’t miss out on seeing local
boy Ben Hurley, Josh Thomson, Jeremy Elwood, Justine Smith, Jeremy Corbett, Dai
Henwood and Paul Ego all live and unleashed, without the cameras, editors or
censors to hold them back.," she says.
Jeremy Corbett says “If you only see
one show this year, well, it’s obviously got to be
Les Miserables, but
if you can see two, then maybe catch
School of Rock too.
