Popular Arts in the Park Returns
The ever popular Arts in the Park event is returning to Hāwera’s King Edward Park on Saturday 7 December.
South Taranaki District Council tourism and events team leader, Tarin Hunt says the Park’s gardens will be looking picturesque as the summer flowers bloom.
“There will be lots to choose from to get your Christmas shopping under way with the art and craft stalls spread around to sell their products. As well as the various arts and craft stalls there will be a kid’s zone offering pony rides and bouncy castles, for a small fee,” she says.
This free event runs from 10am – 3pm on Saturday 7 December at King Edward Park, Hāwera. If the weather is not suitable on the day the event will be taken indoors to TSB Hub.
