Temporary Road Closures - Eltham and Kaponga

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

London Street, Eltham (between Railway and North Streets)

From 8am Monday 12 August to 5pm Wednesday 21 August 2024.

Resident access via North Street end.

Gas main installation.

Eltham Road, Kaponga (between Rowan and Manaia Roads)

From 8am Tuesday 20 August to 5pm Thursday 22 August 2024.

Repairs to Bridge #166.

Resident access available either Rowan or Manaia Road.

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of these roads, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day.
