Temporary Road Closures - Okaiawa, Manaia, Oaonui and Auroa

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for Powerco to undertake power work between 7am to 5pm at the periods indicated hereunder.

Burgon Road, Okaiawa (between Normanby and Division Roads), and

Division Road, Okaiawa (between Ahipaipa and Burgon Roads)

Thomas Road, Manaia

Friday 8 November 2024

Lower Ngariki Road, Oaonui (between SH45 and Wiremu Road)

11, 15 and 20 November 2024

Rowan Road, Auroa (between Eltham and Skeet Roads)

Tuesday 19 November 2024

Resident and Emergency access will be available.

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of these roads, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinator on-site, on the day.
