Temporary Road Closures - Eltham & Okaiawa

Road closures

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

King Edward Street, Eltham (between Kegworth Street and Anderson Road)

From 8am Monday 29 January 2024 to Friday 8 March 2024

7am to 6pm (excluding weekends)

Road Rehabilitation

Kohiti Road, Okaiawa

From 8am Wednesday 31 January 2024 to 5pm Thursday 1 February 2024

Road Repairs

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day. Alternative routes will be available and signposted.
