Proposed Classification of Reserve for extension to Waverley Water Treatment Plant

Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, South Taranaki District Council notifies its intention to classify the following portion of recreation reserve as Local Purpose (Utility) Reserve under section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977:

Part Section 2 SO 411164 (part Record of Title 879467); shown as Section 1 on the draft Land Transfer Plan SO 601895 being 0.035 ha subject to final survey and also shown on the BTW Scheme Plan Drawing 230975.00-1 Sheet 1, Revision WD.

The classification is required to enable construction of additional infrastructure for the Waverley Water Treatment Plant.
