SOUTH TARANAKI DISTRICT COUNCIL
TENDERS FOR LICENCE TO OCCUPY FOR GRAZING PURPOSES

Tenders are invited for the licence to occupy for grazing purposes the following areas of Council land located on Hassard Street, Manaia:

3.6995 ha being Part Section 81, Block VII, Waimate Survey District and Sub 2 of Section 110, Block VII, Waimate Survey District.

The term of the licence to occupy will be for five (5) years. Full information and tender documents are available from the Council’s Contact Centre in Hawera and the Manaia Library Plus or by telephoning 0800 111 323.

Tenders must be received at the Hawera Contact Centre no later than 4.00 p.m. on Friday 11 April 2025.
