Temporary Road Closure -6 February

This notice is to let you know that in accordance with the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965 the South Taranaki District Council, for the purpose of Paepae in the park, proposes to close the following road to ordinary vehicular traffic at the following time.

Chester Street, Pātea
(between Egmont and Derby Streets)
Monday 6 February 2023 between 7.30am to 5pm
It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use this road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day. Alternative routes will be available and signposted.
