In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

Rod Syme Place, Hāwera
(approx. 170m from start of road to end of cul-de-sac)

High Street (between Union and Princes Streets)
Union Street (between High and Nelson Streets)
Regent Street (between High and Little Regent Streets)
One lane closures only
From Monday 27 February 2023 to Friday 3 March 2023 Or next available days

Emergency and resident access only

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day.
