Temporary Road Closures (4- 12 April )

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

Kiri Road, Ōpunakē
(between Ōpunakē and Wiremu Roads)
Tuesday 4 April 2023 or alternative day Wednesday 5 April 2023
and

Wiremu Road, Ōpunakē
(between Kiri and Ōpunakē Roads)
Tuesday 11 April 2023 or alternative day Wednesday 12 April 2023
8am to 5pm
Watermain Upgrade

Bridge Street, Eltham
(between York and Railway Streets
(closed in three sections on different days)
From Tuesday 4 April 2023 to Thursday 6 April 2023
7am to 5pm
Road Resurfacing

Gisborne Terrace, Ōpunakē
(between Ōpunakē Primary School and Allison Street) and

Tennyson Street, Ōpunakē
(between King Street and Gisborne Terrace)
Wednesday 5 April 2023 and Thursday 6 April 2023
8am to 5pm
Pipe Realignment

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day.
