Temporary Road Closures (25 May)

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for sewer line realignment in Ōpunakē for the period indicated hereunder.

Allison Street (between Fox and Dorset Streets)
Dorset Street (one lane only – between Allison and Tennyson Streets)
Thursday 25 May 2023 6am to 6pm
Or next available day thereafter
Resident access only

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads, contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day.
