Temporary Road Closure

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following road will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder

Fitzgerald Road, Hāwera
To be closed in stages - access will be available either side of closed section of road
From Monday 31 March 2025 for approximately four months

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use this road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures. In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day.
