Street Cafe Permit

You can apply to Council for a Street Café permit which allows for temporary alfresco dining to occupy the footpath as an extension of your business.

Responsibilities

This permit is reviewed annually and requires approval from the Police, neighbouring commercial business operators, Council’s Roading Manager, Planning Manager and Environmental Health Officer.

Please apply for licence 10 working days before you want to use it.
