Roald Dahl Day

In September all around the world, children, schools and libraries will celebrate Roald Dahl Day. As part of the global celebrations we invite local schools to the Hāwera LibraryPlus for an annual Roald Dahl Day Quiz.

All primary schools in our area are invited to:

• Enter one team of four Year 5 and 6 pupils

• Give themselves a team name (themed around a Roald Dahl book, character, word etc)

• Dress up

The quiz is tremendous fun and a great way for local schools to gather at the library to celebrate much loved author, Roald Dahl.
