Template food control plan

If you are using a template food control plan and want to add an additional site to your Food Business Registration you can:

• Add an additional site as part of your next renewal application through Business Connect, or
• Contact us directly on (06) 278 0555 or toll free 0800 111 323 or or email regservices@stdc.govt.nz if you would like to add an additional site before your next renewal.
